MY STORY

I have always loved to write, but I truly grew my passion after coming to the Mississippi School for Math and Science (MSMS). At MSMS's annual club fair, I was hawked down by Gina Nguyen, The Vision's Editor-in-Chief at the time. She had read my work in creative writing and practically forced me to join.

I am quite glad she did. After serving as a staff writer and the Student Government Association News Correspondent during my junior year (pictured here at a Senate meeting), I came to genuinely appreciate the importance of journalism. Now, I serve as a Managing Editor for The Vision and could not be more proud of how far I've come.
